After much research, thanks to all on this site, I decided to tile my garage floor. The decision came down to, the least amount of work and price. I spent a good part of today doing my floor. But its done, and the cars are back in. Now I can go get my workbench and tools from my sons garage. I went with modutile since I had samples of every tile out there and I thought they were the best bang for the buck for me. 1.98 a square ft. made in usa. Here's 2 pics. One with my baby checking out the new floor. She does have to share with moms car! Lol. And another just the floor right after I finished. Don't know why the car pic is upside down?
