hey, thanks for the comments. The garage was built in 1939. It is 85x36. And yeah, it is a sweet little Chinook. full floating dual wheel rear and the 20R motor.

Awesome place. What is the history of the building? Is it in a residential or commercial location? Background scenery is beautiful.

I'm SOOOO jealous! I drooled over that place when it was up for auction earlier this year. Idaho Springs, CO a former forest service shop and home correct? Very very cool. What's your plans for the space? Any ideas on how to heat and insulate it being a block type building?

Yep, you guessed it. It does have two ceiling mounted unit heaters, each about 125000BTU. the place does need some work, but I will have the rest of my life to do it.
