Wow... what kind of flooring is that? You have floor undermount lighting too?

The floor is a wood looking rubber product that seems to be impervious to oil, brake fluid, grease etc etc. It took about 3 months to build. Best thing I did was put in a split unit A/C heat pump. It's nice to work in a climate controlled environment.

It is at my home in Kentucky, the size is as big as is allowed for an auxiliary building in my city.

Really nice. Good planning putting the back wall windows up high to clear the cabinets. We have only one life to live and yours happens to include a Ferrari. Kudos on your success and new garage!

Here it is, I was going to do wood but this is a much more versatile product. I tested almost everything I would spill on it, left it overnight and they all wiped right off.

I think you can see from the photo that we had to make bases mounted on all thread and then attach the lights, which are sidewalk landscape lights, to the bases to keep them level while pouring the concrete. My garage has a basement so we just threaded the lights into the basement and did the connections from there.

The car is a Ferrari 458 Challenge car, I do most of the maintenance myself so I wanted a garage where I could get to all sides of the car without claiming under. To accomplish this I had to get a Nussbaum lift that would raise to 6'6" as I am 6'4" tall. I have special arms for the lift coming that will be able to get under the car, it is 3.5" clearance. Right now I have to use the built in jacks to lift the car and then put the lift arms under it.

I have a two stage compressor in the basement in an insulated room so you can barely hear it when running. It puts out 165 psi which is just enough to power the air gun to take off the single wheel lugs (sitting on arm in photo)
I have 5 sets of LED lights on the ceiling that out out a great amount of light.
The cabinets are moduline, great product.
