After wanting a garage/workshop for many many years, that dream has finally become a reality with a newly constructed 30' x 40' steel building.:) Now comes the fun part of filling it with really cool stuff.:)

Here it is in its many stages of deveopment and finally it's completion.

Once everything is in place I'll post some more pics of the interior.

Very cool! Who did you get the building through? I am doing some "wishful" thinking. My in-laws want to sell me one of their acres, and I'd love nothing more than to have a shop on there ;)

Very nice. Can you explain how the siding and insulation is held on? Most steel shops we see built here have the insulation installed on the inside in the spaces between the beams, so this seems a bit different.

The insulation was put up with the siding, so the insulation is sandwiched between the beams and siding. Doing it in this manner gives a very uniform appearance that is also securely in place from top to bottom.

Is that built in a complex just for garages? Or do you have others already completed?

Actually it's only the one garage on the property, the other "white" siding you see in the pics are of a metal fence that is adjacent to the house, which itself has a white metal roof.:)
