My bride got tired of me whining about losing my 30X40 shop(we sold the ranch in Or) & all the equipment, sooo she is building me a new one but it is only going to be about 1/2 the size.(20X24) It is out to the max that we are allowed build with setbacks & easements. I doubt if I get a new hoist. I will work on that with dinner & flowers. Plumber had to move the AC & there were electric & water lines to contend with. Anyway here are some pics. Maybe ??

Here are a few more. This contractor is the best I have ever had to work with. Things are moving along @ a rapid pace. The dry wall arrived & is in place. Today we are waiting on inspection & then the boy are going to apply the stucco. That's it until the super gets more pics for us.
Oh she bought me a new set of cabinets. I'll see about getting some pics up of them. They will not be here until next month per her instructions. She didn't want them setting outside.

We were in eastern Ore about 70 mi north of Boise. Your uncle Arthur. We not as young as we look or pretend. I am not fond of large citys. All the cars are gone except the 32 roadster & that is coming up for sale.


I neglected to mention that River Valley Construction is doing the work. Stucco should be here taday.

8'X16'on the house 10'X16' on the garage. They will match color & decorative windows.

My NewAge cabinets the super bought me. Sure wish I could have brought the Texaco ones I had in the other shop but they were mounted in to the walls ,so I had to leave them.

Been busy & also lazy on the updates so will catch up if I can.

The stucco is on, the split AC unit is installed, the big door is done with jackshaft drive, the driveway is finished & my cabinets have arrived & I spent the day putting them together. Work bench &welder need to be moved over from the house garage .Someday the floor needs sealed. That's all for now I'm exhausted. The cars get put away one of these days.
