My new mess

Finally got around to taking some pics of my new shop. This is a 40x60 "shop condo" that I lease...still got a lot of work to do. This place was a huge marijuana grow operation before I found it, I was lucky enough to clean out what the police left behind.

This is the front, I got a killer deal on this place because the roll up door is a bit hard to access.

Got this sink for $45 shipped from Amazon. Still need to build cabinets and a counter top around it.

Can you add expand the wiring? The extension cords will get old quick.
Overall a great space. Cant wait to see it evolve.

Yeah...I'm working on a new 60A subpanel so I can do my own stuff. Right now I have just one 20A circuit for the whole damn place!

It's funny, when I heard about the marijuana bust on the news I thought "shop for rent!" but never really anticipated moving. A few months later I saw this place on craigslist and had a look, place was full of dead marijuana plants and I remembered back to the pot bust.
