Picked up a new Floor ******** of Craigs list.

Its a 2 ton Craftsman Model No. 328.12030 and the tag says the date code is 12474 048 (what ever that means)

I have had a 1.5 version that is close to this one for years with no real issues...Just need a wheel to replace a bad swivel. May be a craftsman or a Norco (not sure, because I found it in a junkyard in 1980)

The 2 ton is perfect...a little dirty, but works great! The guy that sold it to me (for $50) said that the only thing wrong was a missing set screw to hold the handle on...(last night while helping my neighbor change the rear shocks on his wife's SUV...the set screw suddenly was under the jack as we were using it...Bonus...all there).

Looking forward to years of use with this bad lad!

Its a Japanese Jack and Sears sold a bunch of them in the 60's-70's. They are really no different than the Hydraulic system used on todays import other than they use quality Seals and People always tend to have good things to say about them. I can probably find you a wheel to fix your other jack if you desire.

Hiball, I'll get the measurements tomorrow, just got back from Bowling with my wife.
Used or New, eather would be great.

Shelbyco150, If the 2 ton works even, close to, as well, as my 1.5 ton has...I'll be a happy guy for a long time.

I like the weight of those cool new aluminum ones, but Because this thing is such a BEAST...I feel real safe under a car with this (jack stands too of course). I will deal with the weight...I just want my stuff to Work and keep working! It will become my son's stuff one day!

Hiball,
I'm not sure what measurements that you need, but here is a photo and some sizes;
Wheel is 2" in size and 1 1/8" wide
The Hole in the bracket is 5/8" by 5/8" deep
The swivel cup is 2 1/2" across and from base to center of wheel axle is 1 3/4"

I hope this helps, if you need anything else, please let me know...I would like 2 of them.
Like I said, Used or New, whatever works is fantastic!

Thanks KC

Do you need just the wheel or the whole assembly?

Actually, I need the whole assembly.

The wheel had some fractures and the swivel became worn and loose and started loosing bearings...then just self destructed!

I have another steel wheel/swivel modified to "work" right now, but it doesnt turn all the way around due to the angle of the swivel/wheel brace assm. (menards).

1 or 2 assemblies...Used or new...I'ld be happy!
Thanks, KC
