My new shop build

I started this shop about 6 months ago and nearing completion. So I figured I would share the progress.
Here are the details.
30x50
14ft ceilings
Concert block walls
3 rollup doors
2 entry doors

I'll start posting up some pics from the beginning till now.

What is a concert block?
like a cinder block?

Yeah I typed cinder on my phone and it auto corrected to concrete.

I rented a backhoe and cleared me out a spot to put this thing. Then we started digging and putting footers.

Then we started laying the block for the foundation.

Made sure to add the reinforcement holes for the lift

And now we are ready for a slab to be poured

So that's what happened

At this point we got hit with Hurricane Michael and delayed the progress a little.

The walls are 14 feet tall. The doors are 12ft wide by 10ft tall.

Are you putting this up yourself or hiring it out?

That's going to be one heck of a shop! As gutted stated.....thats a ton of block!

Thanks! This was built by Me and 2 of my uncles. I think the only thing we hired out was the slab being poured.

Im located in Tallahassee Florida. I'll be posting up some more pics. The building is finished and Im now in the process of moving my stuff in.
