Been lurking on here for a while. I've had an overcrowded 2 car garage for the last 20 years. Wifey agreed to buy another house with a nice sized shop before we retire. So, we bought a house with the shop below. Has a climate controlled office and several nice bays to use. All wired for 3 phase if needed. Plan is to buy a used mill, lathe, and radial drill press. Shop already has a lift in it. I'm excited. Hope to post more of the inside later.
