It took me about 3 months to build this. I saved money but if I had to do it over again I would hire it done.

The shop is 40 x 48 x 14. Has one 10 x 10 and one 12 x 12 overhead doors. The sliding door is 20 wide 14 high.

Thats an awesome shop. I know the thought of having to do it again may make you shudder, but now that you saved all that money, you can fill it with toys, right?

I used a similar argument last night with the wife that since I saved $150 by building wooden shelves vs. wire shelves, I have $150 to but more tools with.

...It didn't work.

Congrats on the shop!

Yes, I bought the package from a local lumber company, of course you end up adding more since they give you the bare essentials
