Great start for a nice sized garage/shop. Doing it yourself is fine but sometimes hiring a pro is the best way to go in the long run. What are the dimensions and what are you going to use it for?

We own several 48' x 100' steel buildings that we lease out to small businesses. Construction very similar to yours. One of them is leased to the local classic Thunderbird club. They have their meetings there and the shop area is available for use by the club members to work on their cars. They maintain the building like they care for their cars. Never a scratch or dent anywhere, and never dirty. They even landscaped the whole lot. And from a Chevy guy, no less. :bounce:
