Well new to me at least. I picked up this Cornwell tool cart and Cornwell 10pc wrench set this morning for $500. The wrenches are new and the cart is like new. I bought one of these carts in orange a short while back and really like it. I am going to either sell one of my other boxes or give my son one of these carts. He is a senior and going to school next year to be a mechanic and I figure one of these would make a good first box.
