My New Toy Box

After a very long and screwed up real estate transaction I finally sold my house and just signed the papers for the new house wednesday. This big toy box out back has concrete floor, not the smoothest but fairly level unfinished inside but has a 100 amp sub panel wired up right off the meter. I am going to be starting on the inside as funds allow. I have lots planned for it and will update when I start progressing.

The New House

Well its a 3 bedroom 2 full bath manufactured home. Very roomy almost 1600 sq foot which is almost double of the former house 900 sq foot. Lot is only 69' wide by 120' deep. There is additional empty lots behind it that i may have the option of buying down the road. I want to try to buy 1-2 more lots as I dont want any neighbors. Its on the corner of the main st and a farm to market road in the small Iowa farm town i grew up in. Road to the west and the cable tv towers to the east and empty lots behind nice and quiet.

Looks like nice a Morton building! Where is Iowa are you? I didn't think that any place in the state had that much snow or are thouse old pictures??

Oh man I love it . The garage reminds me of a shirt I use to have that read, " FORGET THE HOUSE HOW BIG IS THE GARAGE." YESSSSSSSSSS , I agree with you 100% ( I want to try to buy 1-2 more lots as I dont want any neighbors.) GOOD FOR YOU. No neighbors, no complaints, about how much noise you make, you have too many cars, bla bla bla

Pics were taking back in febuary when I did my 2nd walk thru. Home in Iowa is in a little town south of Ames about 12 miles.
