Bro that bench rocks!

of all the comments I've gotten so far, this is the most heartfelt for me as it was your first post on GJ! Now only if I can prove you actually registered to make it my head and ego would increase by an order of magnitude!

That is a beautiful workbench! What do you plan on using it for??? I couldn't imagine actually using something so nice as a workbench.

Working surface in general.... sure I'll try not to destroy it but if I do damage it, it's easy to resurface.

That bench is so beautiful that I would be afraid to even scratch it.:bowdown::bowdown:

It was a shame to drill holes in it for the vise. I am curious why you mounted your vise like that. Usually you mount a vise close to both the front and side corner(like shown below) so the front and side of the bench don't interfere when you need to mount a piece of something vertically in the jaws(also shown below).

I don't really know why I did that, it's what came to me.... I figured if I needed to mount something over the side, it would hang off the side of the table, not the font.. but with the way you mounted it, I'd have both options. Anyway, I'm not experienced with this to be honest and am not a ******** user of the vice... it's for holding the odd items here and there...

No biggie! But with your obvious natural talent for woodworking something tells me that you will be using that bench and vise to builds lots of beautiful looking stuff.
