Just wanted to share my experience doing this as a first timer. Overall, not a bad project. Definitely learned and would do a couple things differently next time, but overall very happy and figured it was worth sharing my journey with pics. I don't want to get too wordy, so I'll let the pics tell the story. Feel free to ask questions and I'll do my best to respond. This shows the first "grinder" that Home Depot sent me home with, not the correct tool for the job, ended up going back and trading it for the Edco, which is what I requested in the first place. Home Depot ended up taking care of me with discounting the rental, but still a pain in the ****. Last pic shows relief cuts filled with sand before applying Extreme Set.

Nice work Ranger! No, make that a lot of nice work. Sure looks great. Painted 2 bays of our large 3 car ~6 years ago (built in '02). Went with simple G floor latex and it was a lot of work (especially the prep of course). Not nearly as sharp as yours, but it was definitely worth the trouble. Well, I think it was anyway.

Thanks for all the compliments guys!

Coming up on 3 weeks since applied and I still get a very strong odor every morning. Garage is open with cross breeze all day everyday and sealed up at night. Any thoughts how long to expect this? Scotty?
