MY ODD vintage tool display board

As some of you may know, I have been given access to a 50 year collection of tools and other vintage items of interest.
As I have been digging through the boxes of old rusty tools I keep finding tools that are very different and I have no idea of there use or value. As I discover these tools I have been putting them aside and cleaning them up as time permits.
I have decided to mount them on a large board and display them in my wood shop.

The pliers in the upper center of the second photo, that have a swing-away part on the end and a protrusion on one side is an old reloading tool. The swinging plate is both a funnel for pouring lead into the bullet mold that is incorporated into the tool, and it also cuts off the sprue (tail of lead) left from the molding process.

The protrusion on the side is for resizing the cartridge case and seating the bullet.

The pliers in the left center of the second photo are for a piston ring compressor set. This design is useful for engines where the cylinder is mounted to a crankcase by it's base, so the compressor has to be removed from the connecting rod at the split.

There are a couple more pairs of the ring compressor pliers at the top of this picture of some of my K-D tools. One pair is offset, the other straight. The rings used with the pliers are at the left of the second picture.

Left center of your bottom photo appears to have two or possibly three examples of Schollhorn/Bernard pliers. There is a thread here on this forum for them.

The double end "S" adjustable wrench is a Baxter, second patent (84,605, Dec 1, 1868). My example in a game thread here.

In the center of your picture of K d tools is a pair of door handle clip removers that I used as a body man back in 1965 and also the clip pushes in the top right side.

Don, the large bit brace in the first pic is a "whimble" style brace. I believe the larger swing is intended to produce more torque than a standard type brace. I don't know the maker but may be more information residing with Mr. Google.

The piece that looks like this

is a valve holder & spring compressor tool. The 1 pictured and urs is missing the chain with hook. It holds the valve down with the hook and chain hooked to the wrench looking tool. While applying down force at the end of the (wrench) u'll be compressing up the spring to remove keeper pin.

That valve spring tool was a real puzzler

Those tools are just sitting on the board now but the plan is to drill holes in the board and using a fine tie wire each tool will be wired to the board.

That's how I did the pipe wrench board
