It's an old, tin roofed, open doored, cypress shake, built at the turn of the century (the one before last), shack...but I love it!

Thats a great place! I love it... I wish I owned all the stuff on your walls. I took one look at it and said to myself "Self, that boy dont live in Montana"
I had to spend all my money on 12 inches of insulation- no money left for neat car parts like that....

Thanks guys. We have a good time hanging around out there. The cold isn't a problem down here.....but the "skeeters" will carry you off!

Thanks guys. I think it's perfect for what we work on out there. A new shop, all nice and clean and organized would be great...but not have the same feel and atmosphere.

Here's the back, and side... I keep the compressor in the Rubermaid shed, it keeps the sound down, so that it doesn't bother us inside.

NIce! looks like you have some model a parts, any cars?, if so please post some pictures. thanks, Jim

Wait for all the pics to load, (they're big...I know). There are two 31 coupes behind the Model T, the front of a 31 roadster in the pic of the blaster and hoist, a 29 roadster in the loft shot, a 30/31 coupe with the roof cut off in the pic behind the shop, I also have a 29 truck, and enough parts to put together another 30/31 roadster, and a 29 coupe at a buddys' shop.

Did I rattle my zipper?

That's the model A that I was telling you about before...the one in the pic of the back of the shop, with the 52 & 53.

I don't know WHERE you can get one, but I know HOW you can FIND one.

Buy another old car that you don't REALLY want. Tie up a bunch of money into it....and then one will pop up out of the woodwork, and you won't have enough money to buy it.

I found most of my stuff at auto swapmeets, and through word of mouth from the people I met at swapmeets. Don't count out the non-car people that you know, or the car guys that are into other types of cars....I found two of my model A's by asking a muscle car/mustang buddy to keep an eye out for an "old 20's-30's" type cars. He got back to me within the week with the two 31's!

That was a 95% Okie powered operation as a matter of fact....

As far as the woods behind the house....if I'm home....the vegetation never gets a chance!

Thanks!...I just got rid of my 96 Impala SS...I still have my 95 9C1 State Trooper car, and a 93 Z28....I loved that SS...but it was a daily driver, and it was falling apart after 180,000 some-odd miles!
