So my garage size has been downgraded with my new house purchase. I went from a 2 car detached to a 1 car attatched. I call it the One Car - No Car because its a one car garage that will probably never have a car in it. Just a motorcycle. This is the starting point.

Since taking the pictures I've removed the old shelving and touched up with some spackling. I hope to start building my work bench tomorrow.

not a big space , but you can make that real nice. and a bike doesnt take up much room at all.

already has a insulated garage door , dont know how cold/hot it gets where you are but they help.

i can see a bunch of nice led lights and a epoxy floor really changing that space for the better.

I'm eventually going to add cabinets and drawers underneath. But for now the priority is to get this garage to be a functional work area. My to do list is piling up.
