Stopped at HF today and looked around. I keep considering that General tool cart. Found a deal in the damaged and missing parts bin so I snapped it up for $6.

Can get it regularly for 200 - 20%=160. On Easter you could get it for 150 b/c 1 item is 25% off. Hth

The last time I tried to use a 25% off coupon they said it could only be on a non sale item....

HF Impact adapters are pretty damn good. I use the 1/2-3/4" adapter all the time for seating crank pulleys to 250-260ft lbs with my 3/4" Blue Point TQ wrench. Never had an issue.

20% off coupons will work for the carts. Have a cashier scan them to make sure their computer will authorize it. The manager at the store I bought mine at said the carts where like the tool chest and therfore the coupon would not work. Went ahead and had the cashier scan it and it worked. Pretty sad that I knew more about the coupon policy than the manager.

I was going to buy the 5 drawer cart today at the Liburn store and use the 20% coupon. The cashier said they would not take it and that the cart wasn't subject to the 25% Easter sale. I was going back tomorrow and buy the cart anyway. I will get them to run the coupon. This information was from the manager. I kept trying to tell them both, the CART is NOT a tool CHEST!!! Stupid dinks.

Bought my 5 drawer red cart about a month ago. If they have not changed the policy since then the coupon should work on the carts. I have seen coupons for the cart at $169. Get on their email mailing list and they send them to you.

I'm on the mailing list. I will have to see if I still have the latest ad. It is really just a matter of the manager and cashiers not wanting to run the coupon. A different cashier will run a coupon, or give a discount another will not. Like I said earlier, "Dinks".

The coupon came in my 4/19/11 email. The coupon expires on 4/24. I can forward it to you but you probably don't want your email on a forum. Having a hard time posting the link.

I have to go back over there tomorrow anyway. I will get them to try the 20% coupon. I just printed two of the 25% coupons. I want to get the 5 drawer cart and a 16 x 30 foam cart for work. I will use the 25% off for the foam cart. Still $200 for the 5 drawer cart is still a hell of a deal if I can't get them to try the 20% off.

Just depends on the cashier most days.

Not to hijack your thread, but I bought a 5 drawer cart about an hour ago and used a 20% coupon. Went to a different cashier than yesterday and out the door for $160. Wasn't going to get one right now, but noticed the sale for $200 ends 4/30.
My guess is the 25% coupon for tomorrow would work just fine also. I would have liked to have saved the extra $10, but time and gas to go back the third time was worth the difference.

same thing happened to me.

i also got the black cart for $99 the same transaction. i wish i had an army of red and black carts. they are just that damn good.

I checked all my HF e-mails and I didn't get a 20% coupon anywhere. I will have to watch for next time.

Ha ha ha!!! Tried that 25% coupon online which brought the price down to $150 but shipping was $103.....killed that. I will just have to watch a little more closely for a good price at the store.
