Since you guys liked the paint thread about my ramp truck, I thought i would start a similar thread about my 1966 Ford Fairlane 500 Wagon, now dubbed the “Parts Chaser.”

When I bought the car a couple of years back, it was a real California car with California safety (4 way flashers) and smog system still intake. The car had 92,000 original miles, dealer installed AC, and survivor paint.

A cool car as it was but we swapped it from a s barrel carb to a 4 and added some American’s for the right look. The American’s called for a little suspension tweaking and the car now has Bilstein’s and a few other very minor tweaks.

We decided to paint the car as the home shop mascot and here is how it went:

The day I bought the car:

This car will be one of the rides we take on the Hot Rod Power Tour, so if any of you guys will be going look for me and my buddies to be riding in the Wagon!

We liked the way that the artwork came out so much, that we digitized it ad used this for our professional speed shop to make T shirts, license plates, hoodies, key chains, etc.

That's probably one of the coolest rides in the collection IMO. All you have to do now is a writeup on the actual speed shop. Next time I'm up your way I'll have to drop in and get a few shirts.

Love the Wagon! need more details on the t-shirts (avail. sizes and colors) thanks.

I am doing another order and they will be ready in 3 weeks, so I just need to know what size and color you want.

The quality of the shirts is awesome.

I need to get some pictures of the old school work shirts I did. They are short sleeve button down Dickies. I wear 'em to the car cruise nights and they look awesome.
