It isn't mine, but I spend a lot of time in it (sort of)!. New here and loving some of the garages and ideas on here, when I get my own place I'll definitely be pinching some of them, but for now here's the garage I share with my dad and brother, it was built in the late 90's but only got a concrete floor 3 years ago, oh and the pit. Took ages to dig that did!!

Here it is:

There is a workbench at the front. I'm very glad I took some used railing from my then job to use at the front. More than once its save a fall!

Looking right you can see the other two bays. Since the garage was built the 2nd floor over the van has bee added for storage, and a box room for tools added behind the motorhome. Its quite bitty as stuff has bee added. The blue car can be seen sticking out of the original shed.#

Then this is where I work! We have two polytunnels, the one to the left is used to store junk,

and are named Olympic and Titanic, because when building them they resembled this picture:

In the white tunnel is my project, an MGB GT V8 restoration. Just painted and now ready for rebuild!

I doubt i'll be adding much to this thread, but just thought I'd say hello again and show you all. Its a very 'working' garage so not that glam but who knows, it might inspire!

Welshie,

nice collection of garages.
looks like you are making great use of your polyage but you are missing the bridge crane though.
do you have another picture of your fathers garage?
what is that tucked into that storage space?

Welshie, pics of garage, your build, your brothers build....we want more pics

I will endeavor to get some to you tomorrow! Sorry for the delay, i've been away. My brothers Imp hasnt had much done to it bar stripping at present but it was saved from the crusher as a local car with one owner from new. He restored a similar one to show winning condition about 5 yrs ago.

I have a few blogs with the MGB but basically I had a 1800cc one and wanted a V8. Factory ones were too expensive so decided to make my own based on a new shell as mine was pretty rusty. So here was the shell as bought in 2008:

Stripped

Repaired, painted underside, interior and engine bay and fitted suspension:

The short motor rebuilt by myself. 4 litre Rover V8

And the dash fitted:

I'll make a thread in the relevant forum for more as I don't want to break the house rules!

But yes, Garage pics tomorrow.

You've might have already seen this british V8 hot-rod, but just incase you've missed it:

It's a whole 'nuther level of cool!

Great space and great projects!

I have, I am a regular there too and what he is doing is amazing :)

Not been many updates lately purely because not much has been done. However my dads van which he hadn't used for years has been sold clearing the way to put his new project over the inspection pit. It's the same model as his very first van and it needs some bodywork which he's doing over the winter. Anyway next to it is my brothers classic Hillman and when made Black and White I thought this was a cool retro looking picture:
