One other question on your tile since we seem to be looking at the same brand, how flat is this tile? Do you have any lipping issues, especially going with a 50% offset like you did? Lastly, did you go with the dark or light variant of that tile? I got sample of both and am debating between them.

I too got both color samples and went with the dark gray (looked better with my color scheme). No lipping issues. The mfg recommends not to do 50% offset but my tile guy assured me it would not be an issue in my case. The tiles are very consistent and flat.

In this video, the guy used same tile in the light gray:
