Is there a way to keep my posts or my threads in front so I can follow the progress of the thread. I have seen on other forums a view your content or even a tab for your posts?

click on your name and go to "Statistics" tab and "Find all threads started by".

You can also subscribe to each post by selecting the option from the "Tool Thread" drop-down menu.
