How wide are your dormers and can you tell me the size of your windows. Were building a garage with dormers but cant decide on what size windows to use. Its looking good!
Dormers are 8' outside and they didn't look that big on paper when I scetched the addition lol.
The windows are roughly 6' wide by 5' high ... If you want the measurements I'll look them up!?
Thanks for the reply, the double windows in the dormers are one unit, right? Our dormers are going to be 8 ft wide also. This gives us a lot of help in trying to get the right size that looks nice in that space. Is your inside ceiling height of the dormers 8 ft?

Yes one unit ... they are 6'3" x 5' 10" (rounded) Anderson model 200. And yes the ceilings are 8' ... I had trusses built which give me a 15' wide room upstairs with roughly 5' knee walls 42' long with the 8' doomers which are about 8' to 10' long. building is 42'x32' with 10'6" ceiling .... 3 - 10'x8' garage doors, heated floor, provisions for a lift (at later date) and 4" trough drain complete length of garage. Also did a half bath/laundry/mudroom addition to attach it to the house.
