We built this from ground up. From bending the tubing to fabing the sheet metal. The only "stock" sheet metal is the roof, fenders and part of the floor pan. Enjoy.

Reminds me of when I ran the roundy round track. Good times, but the track I used to race at pretty much was someone threw a fight and a race broke out......... Good times back then lol!!!

Toolman, cool build! How was racing on dirt? I always thought you had to be a more complete driver racing on dirt. Years ago Louisville had a roughly 1/2 mile oval shaped like a D. I raced a ford ranger there in a class called thunder trucks. The track only stayed open another two years after my first season. It was fun racing, but we were so new and inexperienced it made it rough on us. Thanks for posting this up.

Countryroad82 It is fun when things are going well. :)

Ohmthis Thanks. I enjoy dirt. Been racing on it for 19 years. Being a newbie can be rough.

I had one of the most expensive and up and down years I have had this past year in my Super Stock. We was fast enough to start on the pole twice this year just to be run over twice. But you will have those.

Drove sprint cars 14 years. I ran a few shows at Brownstown. Raced at Bloomington and Haubstat quite a bit. Good looking work.

Never ran sprints.
Haubstats a neat track. Only been there twice to watch a friend run his sprint.
Thank you. Ran Brownstown for a few years. Finished 10th,8th and 6th in the points before moving to a Super Stock that I run at Bloomington (not as successful in those, don't have the time to commit to it likes I use to). Been racing stocks for about 12 years.

My fiance's cousin runs rush mods out in this neck of the woods. I'm completely unfamiliar with the tech of a dirt car and fascinated to all get out. You guys that get behind the wheel of those things are nucking futs!
