I hope there is another door in that garage we can't see, it looks like it would be difficult to get that car thru the roll up door on the wall in the rear.

Looks VERY nice - great job!

Not to derail the flooring discussion but I really like the overhead lighting you've got there. Mind if I ask where you bought the fixtures?

Sweet! It looks great and compliments your 987.

Keep us posted on durability. I like the looks of the racedeck, but have always been concerned about water drainage/sand/dirt wear and tear and damage from hydraulic jack. Are there any other advantages to the Tuffshield product?

I chose Tuffshield for the gloss finish,as per Racedeck the gloss finish is supposed to be really tough.

right side of the picture is black and decker from canadian tire and the left side is ultimate garage cabinet from sears.

for the winter question can't answer yet.but I don't see a problem.

Thanks for that pic, your making me really consider this now instead of epoxy. So I got a couple of questions.

What tool did u use to cut the tiles?

What did this cost you? ( pm me if u don't want to show the price. My garage is somewhere around the same size)

Do the tiles move at all on an un leveled concrete floor?

Uncleben, I hear you. I have Racedeck in my garage now and the one thing that never came up in all of my research is that you develop one helluva static charge walking around the garage. Sometimes the shock is painful.

I can honestly say I have no idea what causes the formation of static electricity but I'd be interested in knowing what to do to rid my garage of that phenomenon.

We sometimes hear of this in unusual dry climates and various garage interior/construction set-ups, usually it shortly goes away after the initial install.
One thing that works really well is a static wipe of the floor with a fabric product like Static-Cling. We also have a solution here we sometimes use for temporary computer rooms or computer control trailers in the military, that can be wiped on, but that is over-kill for residential use
