I have had my Racedeck for a few years now. Decided today was the day to haul all the stuff out of the garage and give it a good cleaning (along with the rest of the garage) It wasn't really bad as the garage is just for parking cars, storing stuff and minor projects. Anyways I used gave everything a good wipe down, removing cobwebs, dust, etc.

I used Parsons Ammonia cleaner on the floor along with a deck scrub brush and a yarn style mop. It cleaned up really nice and wasn't too much effort (although running the scrub brush was a bit of a back breaker)

Anyways here is a pic of the floor with all the stuff off of it before the scrubbing...forgot to do one after..not going to move all the stuff again

Any ideas on how to get rid of the tire stains?

Have you tried an all purpose cleaner (APC) like Simple Green or Adams APC to remove the tire stains? If you are into detailing your car, I'll bet something like P21S Auto Wash would take it right off. If its safe enough for you car's paint and clear coat, it's probably safe enough for the RD floor. As always, test a small area in the corner before going at it! Even better, use an extra tile if you have one. Good luck.

I decided to give Racedeck's 'Restore' product on my floor. Hauled all the stuff out of the garage, gave it a quick wash and applied 3 coats of Restore. So far it looks great (better than new). We shall see how it does in durability.

Man that floor sure looks nice. Gives me some inspiration to put down my racedeck......and boy do I need inspiration as I bought my tiles almost 2 years ago. All 19 boxes still sitting in the corner calling out my name!

Sgrammel your garage and clean floor look great! Off the top of your head do you remember the paint colors you used? I especially love the darker gray.

All but the black were custom matched from the floor tiles (any paint store can do that with a sample of what you want to match). The black..well..is just black.
