Over all I'm very pleased with the end result. The paint application was very easy. You will have roller marks, just except it. The clear coat with anti skid was a little trickier to apply. The abrasives were very hard to keep mixed in with the clear coat, creating patches with more of the abrasives. We needed sightly more than a gallon for full coverage resulting in having to open second gallon. When going back to second coat (5 hours later) with clear coat there were small clumps of the product in the mix, likely from the oxygen trapped in the can. If I were to do it again I would buy a couple of quarts of the clear coat so as to avoid having to open up a new gallon. On side note, if your floor is not in perfect condition (and really who's is) it might be a good idea to consider adding some colored flecks to the application just to mask some of the imperfections and possibly some of the roller marks.

Any before pics, what brand did you use?

No before pics, it was in rough condition and stained. The product is called Rust Bullet For Concrete. We used 4 coats of paint and 2 coats of clear coat.
