After many weeks of back and forth and not really wanting to get into concrete grinding, I chose to use Seal Krete for my garage floor refinish. I read good and bad reviews of this product but Shea of All Garage Floors gave it high remarks. I don't need my floor to withstand heavy duty garage work so I feel confident Seal Krete will work for me.

I first cleaned with degreaser, etched, cleaned again and rinsed the floor 6 times. I used Lock Down Primer followed by 2 coats of Slate Gray with blue, white, black and gray flakes. I then put down 2 coats of Seal Krete clear sealer. I like how it looks and am looking forward to see how it will hold up.

How's this flooring holding up so far?

I keep toying with the idea of using Seal Krete paired with a parking mat to avoid tire lift.
