Very nice, if any question, I would go up 1/8" in your thickness dimension. I'm using 4 ply CDX plywood and I wished I would have done OSB....despite it all being dry, stored dry, etc, the plywood is like a pringle, every sheet has a twist or bow in it.
I am curious what kind of uplift connectors you used on the trusses?

Strictly cost for me to have them engineered, build them, deal with screwing instead of nailing sheathing alot of extra $s. Gasketed stainless roofing screws dont feed through 16ga metal so every time a crimp would land on a truss could be a pain in the but.Any particular reason you went with wooden trusses? Never seen that before. At least not here.
