Long time Lurker, First time... well I can't say poster, but, this is the first time for sharing photos of my 25x35 shop.
There are so many great Shops, Garages, Man Caves, whatever you wanna call em on here. I've spent MANY hours drooling over em all..
I bought this place back in April, it had the building already up, and power run to it. underground even. The lighting inside left ALOT to be desired, not to mention the wiring.
As you can see, its just straight wire run along the walls/ceiling. No Junction boxes, just wire nuts on most of the connections, with electrical tape on the others. Kinda scary.
I changed out the bad lights, added junction boxes, and tidied up the wiring. I still have to change how the wire is run, but I'm waiting till I find the lights I want.
Since we moved in, its been used as storage, and a workspace when needed to be. There is 'stuff' everywhere...haha I guess thats how it goes?
With cold weather fast approaching, It needs to be insulated, and finished out on the inside. That is where we are currently. Studding out the walls, so I can put up a vapor barrier and insulate, then drywall and get things setup the way I really want.
Here's some current progress pics, you can see the one section that's done. Long way to go. It's just set in place to make sure it'd fit. Its tight, but it went in with a little help.
