Man, I just wish I had the self discipline to keep my shop as organized as yours. Also, excellent space utilization. Now... is all that foil backed insulation to ward off the Roswell, NM sun or does it play another sort of protective role?

oh no, they can still read your brain, but the foil scrambles the signal enough so they only get every other thought. Depending on the day this method has saved the earth on several occassions. Its getting late, I must return to the mothership...........er I mean head to bed. Its way small, 20' x 20', yes we put it together, not the slab, but the metal building, actually to less then a day to build, from delivery to finished, it is a engineered building with snow load and wind loading ratings for this area.

Nice shop!! As long as it accomplishes what you need to accomplish you're good. Any plans for a lift in the new garage?

Will post some outside pictures, 2" foam, is form fitted between(snug fit) supports, and adhesived with PL 200, ceiling was pretty easy, made supports out of 1"x 6" x 1/8" Stainless Steel, drilled one end and bent a 30 degree bend in the middle, using self tapping screws, attached to steel and after lubing up panel with adhesive, pressed in place and then tightened tabs to hold in place until adhesive set. You can see the see the tabs if you look closely. And yes a lift is in the future for the new shop, I have a vette and a couple of bikes, figure 2 bays, one with lift for vette and store the bikes under it, when we aren't using the lift for work.

Definitely would like to see outside pics, I think this started as a carport like mine and would love to enclose...
