That old champion compressor is just like mine. I love seeing old shops like yours, there is a lot of history in all that magnificent junk. Good Luck

dear fighter of wars

may I write my comment?
1. try to get rid of all damaged machin's, spare parts and tools
2. I likd your old welding machine, bench vise and bench grinder
3. try to clean, paint and fix new tile's and I am sure you will be
unable to bring the old tools back

my garage used to be like yours and after modification I sold my old
tools and bought new tools, tools box, bench grinder, bench vise,
air hose, regulator and new shutter door lool

take care
accept my best regards

This is my new favorite garage. No joke.

Whatever you do, don't buy anything new when you can refurb the classic tools.

Too bad you didn't find a monarch lathe hidden away in there.

The only money I'd spend if I were you is Lighting... and more lighting.

Thanks for all the great compliments guys! I have gotten all but cleaned out. Just a couple more things to get out then all I have to do is start fixing the tools, running electrical, setting up lights, the list goes on and on. But atleast i got a place now.

I will try and get some more pics today.

Neat project. Makes me miss my grandpa and his shop- he was a nurseryman as a second career after he retired from being a principal. Attached to his tractor shed, there's a humongous MESS like that (my mom has been trying to deal with it for several years at this point), and I need to go check it out and see if there's anything I can't live without.

Info on the truck...

The truck is a 1946 or 47 Ford 1 ton. I plan on restoring it to stock appearance with slight modifications here and there.
