Ive just found out about your site and planning on passing some time here and seing what you guys got , getting tip etc..

Anyways I run a shop near montreal since a 1 year now.. Pretty much renting out right now mabye planning on building a garage in a few year.

here are some pic of last december I since got a lift a office and lots more tool. Im not rich like im pretty young without any investor helping so I just buy stuff just buy stuff when I can afford it. Looking ito buying a second lift soon. And building a second floor in the back for storage. (painting the floor need to not work a day for that.)

I fit 3 cars to work well on and a few engine.

17 by 60 feets. Abit messy cause I spend 14hours a day 7days a week there working. Its hard to keep the place clean Thinking of hiring a tenager just for the cleaning :p

How do you situate 2 lifts in that space?

Since it's only 17' wide, I'm guessing one in front of the other, and you have to play "Musical Lifts" to get the right car in the right place. Not a bad Idea to be able to get 4 or 5 cars in the space he has.

Ya im planning on putting one in front of the other for right now. Now the lift is located just after the door..

It would be bad if I was only doing small job (brakes oil changes etc) but I mostly do major engine swap so there not as much movement of vehicule involved.

I have the chance to get the other garage door I kinda need the place since a month or so hired 2 mecanics to cover the work) but I dont want to risk getting to big to fast and not being able to pay at the end of the month :s
