My Simple Garage build

Been lurking on this forum for some time and I finally bought my first house back in June.

My lot size is 1.5 acre so maybe later Ill build a better detached garage, but for now this will do.

The garage's dimensions are 20x20x10.

Upgrade include:
100 Amp Subpanel, 6 additional 20 amp outlets
Heater
Lights
Liftmaster 8500
Insulated the walls, and ceiling
Polyspartic Coating

Last two items left are:
Dannmar M6 placement (Figuring out the depth)
Creating a storage space in the attic

Oh, my apologies.

I will be supercharging my e39 525i wagon with a 3.0 supercharged motor.
I also just finished putting together my 1969 BMW 2002. Maybe Ill strip it down for body work down the road.

Also have a 1995 BMW 540i that I plan on cleaning up, and redoing the entire suspension.

Great transformation of garage.
Like what you've done so far-very functional.
I had the same size garage at my previous house.
I see you have a Danmar MaxJax -have you used it yet? I had 1 but couldn't get it to rise evenly side-to-side and danmar's was convinced it was air in system and the solution was to fully raise the lift with a vehicle on it (or equivalent weight)which was not possible because of my 8ft ceiling height. Just wondering if you had similar problem or maybe they've solved the issue?

I am in the process of figuring out my spacing for the light right now. The only upgrades the MX6 offers vs maxjax is that it is ALI certified, and has 7 locking position as opposed to two. I will report back when I can install it.

I attached a pic of my layout hopefully someone can help me. Year round mechanic trying to make sure i have them placed as best as possible.

Well its complete for now!

Here it is in all its glory. Simple, but works perfect for me!!!
