I decided earlier this year that my new garage will replace my existing garage. This meant I had to move my solar panels off the roof of my existing garage. I moved the panels to a new ground mount.

My solar system is back up and running as of a week ago. I want to thank those here who answered some of my questions about how to do the electrical.

This turned into a major project. I ended up replacing my meter base, adding an exterior service disconnect, and replacing my main breaker panel in addition to moving the solar panels. I replaced the meter base because the new meter base has an option to add extra terminals for a line side tap. The exterior disconnect is to meet the new 2020 requirement for exterior emergency disconnect. (Minnesota was still on 2017 when I did this, but I anticipate future electrical work that would require making this change.)

Thanks again for the help provided here.
