That is very cool. Not enough young ones out there interested in this kind of stuff. He is very lucky to be supported by grandpap and Dad.

Very nice!!!

Looks like its going to be a nice cart. Stainless and mitered corners
Good use of proper personal protection equipment.

How old is your son?

I spy and old MX wheel with drum brakes. What kind of bikes do you have? I use to race vintage MX, got to love the old drum brakes and dual shock swing arms

Sunnsation: Great post!! You and your dad have been a very positive influence on your son. I think it's great, if he has any thought of a career in welding, for what I know he'll be in demand!! :rocker:

Awesome. Love the three generations.

I have to ask, if you don't mind, what is your nationality? I read your posts with a little accent! :)

Very cool! I was about his age when my father taught me how to weld. It is a cherished memory of mine, and I'm sure that your son will remember these times with you forever as well.

That's a great project! you just don't see kids that age doing things that don't involve a cell phone, laptop or game console. I'm jealous that's an awesome looking cart, the diamond plate really makes it pop. Keep welding dude you can use it the rest of your life...

Really cool. I like the look.

I recently got back in touch with my dad and wish I would have paid attention when I was younger to learn from him. I love seeing the father/son projects.

For a father who do welding for hobby , i think my son have the right tool to make great thing

P1130370_zps59ee02a4.jpg

Great things can be created if you have the right tools and in some cases the right helpers. A family that welds together, sticks together.

Can someone tell my what that foot stop thingy is and point me to a web page where I can find one? Don't think I've ever seen one before.
