I definitely remember your rig, small world! Hopefully once I get finished working on the garage I can get back to working on my rigs, haven't had as much free time as I used to since picking up some extra shifts at work.

I got some more progress done, R38 insulation blown in the ceiling the other week.

Picked up some R30 insulation and did the headers

Also sealed up any areas that had drafts coming in with some of the low expanding foam

Picked up a bunch of 16' lengths of 2x4s to start framing the inside, don't quite fit on my 10' trailer

Let the framing begin

95% of the framing is done along with roughin in the 110V outlets, then it will be onto insulation

Ran some outlets around as well, left a space up top for the garage door openers

Insulation is finished, took a little longer than expected but glad it's all done.

Started sheathing the walls with 19/32 OSB and used some J channel trim on the bottom to clean it up a bit. Cutting out the holes for all the outlets was time consuming, used a jigsaw but man there were alot of outlets, I guess you can never have too much power available :3gears:

Made a small access door for the electrical sub-panel

Had a few buddies come over and help me on the second layer of the OSB

Finishing the right side

The finished product

Still deciding if I'm going to paint it or just leave it as is. Next up will be the garage door openers and alarm system

A few small updates. I priced out the garage door openers and the place by me wanted double what they cost to install, so I opted to purchase them online and install them myself. The install was pretty straight forward, hardest part was running the wires neatly around the 12' doors. Went with the LM8500, checked the reviews online and everyone seemed to be happy with them. Ordered them from http://weshipgaragedoorparts.com they seemed to have the best prices, and a discount when you bought a 2 pack, along with free shipping. I also upgraded my controller in my attached garage to the 888LM, which allowed me to sync all 3 garage doors to the MyQ app on the phone. I can now view the status and open/close the garage doors anywhere I have cell phone service, pretty neat if ya ask me!

Right door

They also come with a wireless light that I opted to use the 2nd outlet for and just place the light right next to the wall by the garage door. They don't provide a whole lot of light in the grand scheme of things but it's nice for pulling in and out of the garage.

I also ended up picking up another truck the other week, so my garage is getting fuller and fuller

Your shop look great man. I live down in Hammonton so I'm not too far from you. I just had a 24 x 40 put in by Shirk as well. Pretty happy with their work overall. Im in the stages of getting ready for concrete and electrical right now so Im a few steps behind you.
