Starting on my variation of SteveO’s harbor freight workbench. I haven’t seen this yet. My issue is I have too many drawer storage units and I need to conserve floor space. I got several 27” wide units from a school auction for cheap. I choked when I saw price of leveling feet so not sure what I’m doing down there. Built to fit my pallet jack under it and move the whole unit easily. Used 1.5” 1/8” tube. I REALLY need to get a bigger welder. Had to use flux core to get good penetration. Build most of this on sawhorses and plywood using my new fireball small squares. Came in very close to perfectly square. Have a space on the bottom that I’m not sure what to use there. Big enough for one foot cabinet but damn those are expensive. Kind of like the idea of a swing up grinder. I left some space to give me a little wiggle room.

Yes I can see. They are about 5.5 feet. I’m about six. Top drawers will be for specialty items that are not used a lot. I was excited about the door opening in the one in the right but as they are different heights I will change it out for the twin of the left. Still lots of work to do.
