Hi all,
I've been a watcher and thought I should share for whatever it is worth. Most of the signs were found on the streets and others in car junkyards. Other stuff from ebay and junk thrown away by neigbors. Hope you enjoy.

That's a nice little shop. Do you build models or electronics in there or something else?

My garage (project thread coming soon to a forum near you ;) ) is also small, but I am only planning to do light duty work like R/C and other models (my oldest son is also into them) motorcycle maintenance etc. And store a selection of spare parts. So no big metal fabrication or auto bodywork, just small stuff. And of course it will be the place to just hang out with the boys :)

Nice to see "ordinary" places like this for a change. I do like the huge color coordinated shops too but they are not a realistic alternative for me right now. Priorities...

Thanks KarFS. You are absolutely right, it's a place to hang out and relax after work. My thought is to make it a comfortable place, nothing fancy or high price.
I buy and sell die cast cars. I put patina on the bodies and make it look rusty. I'm also working on my 8+ years running project. I try to get my kids involved in wrenching the car together and not be afraid to get their hands dirty, and talk about life along the way. Thanks again.

al123....Welcome to Garage Journal.

Nice little space you have. Busy, but cool. I like it. Everyone needs a little space to kick back and relax. What floats one's boat sinks the others.

Don't be a stranger, and keep posting away. About the only three things of advice I can give you seeing that you are a newbie......You may **** someday, don't be offended....we like pics, the more the better.....and lastly, you best keep an eye on the wife. :lol_hitti

This is my 1970 split bumper RS Camaro. It's on going running project for 8+ years and probably will remain so for another few years, when other more important priorities in life such as making sure kids have shoes and clothes for a school. I'm sure fathers out there can relate to similar circumstances.
i rebuilt the small block from mostly car junkyard parts. It's more of a Saturday cruiser.

Nice car!! I love the driving projects, much better than long term projects that can't be used.... It was hell not being able to drive my skylark the past few years...
