My Swap meet find.

Yesterday was a unseasonably warm day (72 degrees in Oklahoma City). So I headed for the swap meet. Found a few snap on wrenches for $3 each. I was about to give up and was heading back to the truck when I spotted this.

It's a KRA 61D. And I'm here to tell ya this mofo is HEAVY. I had to carry it about 150 yards to my truck because I didn't want to leave it sitting at the guys booth. I was afraid he might resell it. (I've had it happen before).

Anyhoo. I paid $130 for it. No tools included.

looks like an early road chest. much heavier built then the normal top boxes

i don't know how you did price wise, but as far as the box it is a good find.

The KRA61 is one of my favorite top boxes. They are worth $130 all day long.

A while back, I picked up one in fair condition, a little surface rust on one end. It had been a true road box, on a welding truck and the exposed end was showered with road salt. Cleaned up OK and I couldn't pass it up for $50.

can i get a YOU ****. every-time i goto a swap meet or flee market or a yard/garage sale the waqnt to much stuff for the snap on or any other brand stuff.
