Blue Point, I was informed is a Snap-On brand for tools they sell but are made by other companies, including Lisle.

Those are for the old GM single piston caliper. I always had a easier time doing it using a little air. Install the boot into the grove in the caliper, then position the lubricated piston over the boot and squirt a little air in to inflate the boot over the piston, then push it right in.
