The building is a Quonset hut type that came with the property. Been making efforts to turn it from a storage space to my workspace.
The most recent improvements were the purchase of 4 raptor T5ho light fixtures.

First thing I thought when I saw the Cruiser was, some is going to comment on that.

Rolled the Landcruiser in just to sort've qualify as a garage for this message board. But its in there to adjust tool layouts with something in the 'auto area'

The building interior temperature does fluctate with the time of day and time of year.
During the summer, I dont do anything in there mid day- mornings or evenings only.

I hear you on that one! Speaking from personal experience, if you haven't experienced desert heat in the summer, then it's hard to understand. It can be absolutely crushing. I would imagine that for most of the summer months the Tin Shop turns into a Tin Broiler.

I would think that with the heat out there, the only way to escape and have workable shop space (without hefty AC/swamp cooling bills) would be to have something underground, or at least buried. Has anybody tried that approach?
