I thought Id share some pictures of a cart I built.
It was built with what I feel a cart should have for the work I do at home, it does not need to lock have a cover or sliding top which is useless to me. I sold my other cart due to lack of space a few years ago and now need something to replace it. After searching for a cart to buy I decided to build one because I would rather build it than buy something Im not happy with.
The frame is 1.5" x 1.5" x 1/8" square tube, 2" x 2" x 1/8" angle and all of the sheet metal is 16 gauge.

Good looking cart! I built a welding table using similar materials back in '05 and was surprised at just how expensive the steel was, particularly the 11 ga top. How much $ do you have in it?

Thank You. I have less than $100.00 including metal, slides, paint and stainless hardware. I had the angle, wood and castors.

Wow! That is really cool man. Do you have a break to make the drawers? That is really impressive to have made by yourself. Looks great. Congrats!
