It wasn't a positive experience. I ordered a tool that was listed on the web site as In Stock for $143 on 2/3/19. Then I receive an email from the customer service on 2/4/19 saying "Thank you for contacting ToolSource. I am sorry but no we have none on the shelf and they are no longer making these. Please let me know if i can further assist you. Thank you and have a great day." So my reply is "Can I get a refund then?" Their reply to me is "I have sent out for this to be cancelled and once i receive that has been done i can then refund you." Now its been a week and nothing. My point is: It doesn't take a week to get a refund for a product that you listed as having but don't have and cant get.
Likewise, I first tried ordering that same tool on WiseAutoTools.com for $133 on 2/3/19 (Sunday) @ 8:50am. On the same day @ 2:25pm I was immediately refunded the full amount because they were unable to get the item. This is good customer service and the way it should be handled.
