I moved back to the Canadian prairies 8 years ago and left a 32x40 shop with a built in spray booth behind. I bought this house here with a 24 x 36 garage and have tried to fit all my tools and cars and junk in it. It hasn't worked. Next summer I plan to rearrange my workbenches and cabinets and tools after seeing some of the ideas here on the board. I have lots of projects and my garage is a working shop so it isn't real pretty. I wish it was tidier, but it is just too cramped rite now. It is 2 cars deep and 2 wide. I have a large one car working area with the benches at the front and a washroom at the front rite. Heat and a wall air conditioner round out the package. Big electrical box and lots of tools. Pat.

It's definately full. It would be hard to leave a perfect garage behind. A friend of mine finally built his dream shop,40x50, complete with paint booth, and now he's thinking of moving.:headscrat

Nice garage. I think I'm going to look into a sandblasting cabinet myself.

I have drawn up some sketches of changes I want to make this summer when I can get all the projects outside. Not a lot of money involved, mainly rearranging cabinets, rebuilding the benches, finishing the drywall and some paint. Painting the floor with a concrete paint would be nice too. I also have a small electric hot water tank to install above the bathroom so I can have some hot water. Got it for $50. My electric panel is in the washroom, so should be an easy hookup. Some of the existing cabinets will have to go. Pat

Some of the existing cabinets will have to go.

It also looks like you have way too many signs on the wall taking up precious wall space. So beings the nice guy that I am, I am willing to take them off of your hands and store them on my wall. That way you have more room for cabinets to store things:bounce: J/K

Nice atmosphere to your place. Character like that is what build memories!!

topdown79. The 65 Chevelle is my daughter's car. Fordnutz because I like ford bodies, but all my fords have chev engines. A car can't run without a heartbeat. Pat.
