I never said anything about hi level negotiations. I was making some inquiries. Same thing you or anyone else could do. Well to better articulate maybe not you but most anyone else.

The fight the good fight ensemble appears to be the better venue to effect change. After all it was in part responsible for snap on putting made in the usa back on the ratchets
