My two car garage

It's 20' X 20' with a 12' ceiling.

Plenty of room for two of the cars. When I want to weld, grind, cut wood or sandblast I set up outside on the flagstone.

The two car carport in the background in the last picture shelters the other two vehicles.

There is an adjacent basement with lots of built in shelving and a laminate counter.

Thanks, but actually those were custom built in the basement by one of the two previous owners of the house.

No, you walk through the door next to the tool box, across the stair landing that goes up to the house proper, and down three steps.

Thanks. No leaks since the drive train rebuild.. . . yet. The pan is there just because.

Nice use of the garage space and I love the adjacent basement. I have yet to own a house with a basement and am jealous of the extra storage and work area. Something about a small downstairs workshop separate from the garage really sounds good to me.
