My girl just borrows out of my boxes, but usually we like to work on stuff together. Last big project we did, she helped me rebuild a Puch E50 motor. Good times.

Good for her.. Better not get caught with any of her tools in your box!

It works the other way around too. With a quick glance the husband can easily see if there are any of his tools in her box. Uh, wait... that is not what I meant. I take that back.:lol_hitti

When I look at those I can't help but conjure up images of OP getting drunk and losing a bet with his mates, then having to wear those tools to work for a day in a pink toolbelt :D

My wife has her own tools, and we keep them in the house. We call them "kitchen tools", though they actually go in a tool box. Just things to do basic stuff around the house that she can actually do.

Ours has things like a hammer, adjustable wrench, screwdrivers, pliers, needle nose, strap wrench, wire stripper, ect. The only pink tool in it is the hammer!

Ah, insecurities ****. I'd rock pink tools, why not, they're just tools. Actually a buddy of mine has a pink flashlight because nobody will take it. It's fantastic logic. Pick a color nobody wants, and you can keep it from walking away.

My wife's only "tool" plugs into the wall and is stored under the bed. She won't go cordless because they aren't powerful enough.

My wife has the pink SO stuff. There is not much of it, but enough to get most household tasks done.

Funny story. Her pink screwdriver came up missing a couple of years ago. Did not know where she used it last and had no idea where to look. The bathroom sink has drained slowly forever. Living with two daughters and a son, it usually just a plunger job. It always helped, but never drained as fast as I thought it should. A month ago the trap rusted out, ran out to HD and got a new assembly. When I took the trap off, out comes the worst looking pink SO screwdriver, dropping on to the cabinet floor. The wife was actually standing there when this part happened, and the look on her face was priceless.

Women buy makeup we don't think they need just like guys buy tools women don't think we need. As long as neither brings it up all is fine. If one does the other will fire back LOL.

My wife has a set of those pink tools. I bought them for her after I found a hand full of my tools that had been missing for a couple months. New rule came with those tools, keep your paws out of my box.
