I build this workbench over the course of a few weekends.
The frame is constructed of 50x5mm angle iron and the top is constructed of a 10mm steel plate wedged between two (22mm and 6mm) layers of superwood.
I extended that top wood layer to bolt my vise through as not to drill new holes in the steel plate with every vise upgrade.
The castors are 80mm and lockable.
